炉腹风管的特点和材质
炉腹风管具有传导性好、冷却均匀、冷却效率高、组织致密、耐磨性好等特点。通常安装于炉腹与炉底之间的炉墙中,前段有500mm伸入炉内,直接受到液态渣铁的热冲蚀和掉落热料的严重磨损,容易失效,因频繁更换风口导致高炉休风,导致高炉低产。
The bosh air duct is characterized by good conductivity, uniform cooling, high cooling efficiency, compact structure and good wear resistance. It is usually installed in the furnace wall between the bosh and the bottom of the furnace. The front section extends 500mm into the furnace, which is directly affected by the thermal erosion of the liquid slag iron and the severe wear of the falling hot materials, and is easy to fail. The frequent replacement of tuyeres causes the blast furnace to stop blowing, resulting in low production of the blast furnace.
炉腹风管材质主要为高纯紫铜,从风口的强度、刚度、抗龟裂性能不同的考虑,材质状态有锻制、铜板卷制、铸造不同的状态。铜板卷制风口重量低,成本低,但若壁厚太薄刚度不足易发生变形。因炉腹风管是通过水冷却保持风口本体运行于低温状态,保持强度和刚度,所以铜的纯度至关重要。

Considering the different strength, rigidity and cracking resistance of tuyere, the material states are forging, copper rolling and casting. The tuyere made of copper plate has low weight and low cost, but it is easy to deform if the wall thickness is too thin and the rigidity is insufficient. The purity of copper is very important because the air duct in the furnace belly is cooled by water to keep the tuyere body running at low temperature and keep the strength and rigidity.
