风管制作作业条件有何要求?

(1)风管预制应有独立的工作场地，场地应平整、清洁，加工平台应找平。双面铝箔绝热板风管等其他复合材料风管的场地应干燥，应有足够的成品堆放场地。

(2)作业地点应有安放施工机具和材料堆放场地，设施和电源应有可靠的安全防护装置。作业场地道路应畅通。必须有能满足消防要求的各种器械及设施。

(3)加工设备布置在建筑物内时，应考虑建筑物楼板、梁的承载能力，必要时应采取相应措施。

(4)大样图、系统图经审查符合要求，并进行了技术及安全交底。
