15天以前以保温为主(4天左右开启长通风管并逐渐增加长通风管的数量；15-30天逐渐增加其他长、短通风管的数量，并逐渐增加排风机数量与通风时间；30天以后以通风为主，当通风与保温相矛盾时，以通风为主，温度取下限保温(以肉鸡均匀分布、无扎堆为肉鸡满足温度)。

鸡舍负压管理：13米宽的鸡舍，育雏期负压值为20-25帕。30天到出栏负压值为10-15帕。整个饲养周期合理的负压应以人进入鸡舍不憋闷，不压气为正常标准。(尤其对饲养后期非常重要)。

PVC通风管的管理：通风管要与风机大小、数量相匹配，避免负压过大，造成鸡舍内肉鸡缺氧，主要表现为鸡舍温度不偏高，正常的情况下，依然有部分肉鸡张嘴，不是温度偏高造成，而是鸡舍内负压大，肉鸡出现张嘴。

通风环节中需要注意的细节：

1．用通风管通风时，要检查鸡舍有无漏风地方；水帘要严密封闭；窗户要严密封闭；墙体无漏风直吹鸡的缝隙；大排风机用塑料布封严；进入鸡舍的PVC管斜向上，最好末端出口面劈成45度斜角；1-30天鸡舍后面必须有两层塑料布遮挡，并且塑料布左、右与墙体，塑料布下面与鸡架密闭良好。

关于PVC通风管与排风机如何合理、科学地配合使用，就需要养殖户慢慢摸索出适合自己鸡舍的一套方法了。有的按最小通风量来通风；有的按所设下限温度控制排风机开启与关闭来通风；有的PVC通风管配合侧风机来通风；有的PVC通风管配合纵向风机来通风；有的把上述方法结合起来通风；其他方法。凡是肉鸡能够到日龄正常出栏，料肉比在合理范围内的方法都是可行的。
